Flexibilidade para Requisitos OEM

A membrana de filtração em CA da GVS está disponível em rolos de 25 mm até 30 cm de largura, bem como as folhas e discos de corte que podem ser customizadas para servir as suas necessidades de aplicação e dimensões. As membranas de filtração em CA da GVS são produzidas in loco tornando a personalização simples e mais econômica.

Resistência excepcional para melhor desempenho

As membranas de filtração em CA da GVS são compostas por puro acetato de celulose internamente suportado por uma rede de poliéster inerte. Esta rede confere a cada membrana uma excepcional resistência para prevenir a rutura, o rasgo, o rompimento e distorção ao ser manuseada ou plissada. A membrana resultante tem estabilidade dimensional que pode suportar a autoclavagem ou a esterilização de vapor deixando a membrana intacta a temperaturas até 274ºF (135ºC).

A excepcional resistência dimensional e as características de baixa absorção das membranas filtrantes em CA GVS asseguram rendimentos superiores aos oferecidos pela concorrência e reduzem o número de alterações dos filtros durante a filtração de solução proteica.

A dimensão dos poros uniforme e o fluxo constante asseguram desempenhos fiáveis.
